Shipping policy
Orders may be reviewed for payment, address, fraud, inventory, and compliance requirements before fulfillment. Approved orders typically process within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit times depend on carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, and carrier conditions.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, monitoring tracking, retrieving delivered packages promptly, and storing products according to research requirements. Report damaged or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours with photos of the product, label, packaging, and issue.
